A Step Forward for Club One Air: Hangar Leasing at Udaipur

By Chaitali Bag

Club One Air has got a lease on some property in Udaipur to build a hangar on, in compliance with the revered direction of Honourable Prime Minister Modi Ji, who urged Indian aviation businesses to do repairs there.

Club One Air has secured a plot of land at Maharana Pratap Airport in Udaipur to build a hangar specifically for its Falcon aircraft. This hangar will be used for parking and maintenance purposes.

Now Club One Air can boast the honour of being the pioneer charter airline to build a hangar in Udaipur.

Mr. Rajan Mehra, CEO of Club One Air, and Mr. Yogesh Nagaich, Airport Director of Udaipur, signed the allocation letter to formally acknowledge this accomplishment.

It will be spacious enough to park and maintain two FALCON aircraft. The hangar building area will be 1040 sq. meters, and the apron area will be 780 sq. meters.

A state-of-the-art building with room for engineers’ and technicians’ offices and spare parts storage will be ready in about a year.

Club One Air fleet is especially suited for Indian weather conditions and smaller airports with short runways and limited facilities. The vision is to network the length and breadth of India with business jets. Club One Air is India’s largest operator of jet air charters and also known as India’s largest non-schedule operator providing safe & luxurious air travel solutions to the corporate industry leaders.

At present, Club One Air’s fleet consists of five FALCON 2000s (the largest operator of Dassault Falcon aircraft), two CESSNA Excels, and two CESSNA CJs.
