Union Minister of Civil Aviation Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu electrified the opening of Wings India 2026 in Hyderabad with a passionate declaration that the Central Government is turbocharging efforts to build a robust manufacturing ecosystem across India, driven by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s transformative reforms that have democratized air travel for millions; he highlighted ambitious plans to construct around 350 airports and expand the broader aviation ecosystem to not only enhance connectivity but also to catalyze indigenous aircraft manufacturing alongside major civil aviation firms, underscoring the essential need to scale up domestic aviation capabilities, while warmly thanking the Telangana Government for its support in hosting this mega event—Asia’s largest civil aviation gathering—expected to draw over 3,000 business delegates from 20 countries and showcase a dazzling array of international exhibitions, air shows, static displays, flying demonstrations, CEO roundtables, awards, and even an aviation job fair that together signal a bold, forward-looking vision for India’s aviation future.
